Shipping & Returns
If you received an incorrect or defective product you can email us at email@example.com for a replacement within 14 days of delivery. If you received the wrong product but have already used it, made an erroneous purchase or don't like the look/feel/taste of a product, please note that those are ineligible reasons for returns, refunds or replacements.
We only accept items undamaged, unused and in unopened packaging. Items that are found to be used or damaged in any way, shape or form can be returned to you for the price of shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Do not return products or orders without getting approval from customer support first.
Group buys, Pre-sales and Pre-orders
Due to the nature of the manufacturing and logistical processes involved with group buys and pre-orders we will not cancel, refund or accept returns for a group buy order, pre-sale order or pre-order. No exceptions. The shipping window set forth in the product page for the group buy item is an estimate and is subject to change. We ship to virtually any country in the world. Within the US and Canada we ship via USPS and UPS, everywhere else is UPS only. This ensures a fast and safe shipping experience. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International shipments generally pass through customs in the destination country. You should be prepared to pay duties and taxes on international shipments.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on a combination of weight and dimensions. Some items will be more expensive to ship than expected because of their size or weight.
Fraudulent chargebacks or Paypal claims, harassing support, trying to circumvent our anti-scalper or group buy policies, will leave you blacklisted for any future purchases, group buys or otherwise. Don't be a dick.
