60% Case Foam
I've hidden these things underneath my keyboards so I can keep things quieter. However, the guys at the MKUltra organization seem to have found out about my plans to conceal my clacking noise and are now controlling my brain to review them...
"It was much better than cats, I'm going to see it again and again."
It's good, does it's job well. A little too thick, and there are some burn marks on the foam where it was cut (an irrelevant detail, ). More importantly, the foam covered up the wires on the 2U stabilisers leading to them not functioning correctly. I had to cut out sections of the foam where it was covering the wires for the stabilisers to work correctly. Otherwise, works well.
Used on a Tofu HHKB keyboard kit.
Great foam works with low profile aluminum cases from kbdfans!
My build is in a pok3r with it's plate withHoly Zandas on a DZ60. I got the 4mm and cut it in half horizontally and placed the 2mm on op for a really snug fit. Also have the plate foam sandwiched between the PCB and plate. Awesome! Stable in every build from now on!
The 60% foam is an exact fit and matches all the holes and lines up with all the grooves, and definitely improves the acoustics of the typing experience.
