These foams are designed to fit the Preonic - the number row expanded ortholinear keyboard by Jack Humbert of OLKB.com
Preonic Plate Foam
The foams fit perfectly and made the case feel a lot sturdier. Sound is also dampened
Exactly what I needed to silence my preonic and planck boards
I had to slightly modify it due to some solder bulges, and I did find that I needed to get some slightly longer mounting screws to really handle it, but once those were in, with both the bottom foam and the plate foam, any echo-y sound or ringing sound is gone. It really did a great job in improving the sound profile and feel of the board, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you went with the aluminum case.
There's a lot to dig about MKULTRA. Great branding. Supporting small biz. Bright yellow website. Holographic swag sticker. But best of all is the foam. Super solid. Great packaging. It took a looooong time, but only because their laser was out of order so whatever. Thanks!
Love your stuff. I feel like the screw holes for the preonic foam between the pcb and case could be smaller. technically might not even need em as you could probably easily screw through the 2mm foam. Keep up the great work.
